I`ve been using the Armor All leather protectant(brown spray bottle)on all my window and door seals. Keeps them looking new and fresh. I use it for all my interior detailing(dash,all plastic interior fixtures,head liner,etc). Makes the inside of your car smell new and works really well on plastic. I never use the Armor All(classic yellow bottle)protectant,but I love their leather protectant. I`ve been using it for years now with no problems. I do it about once a week. I used it on the 87 Olds Trofeo I had forever and none of the rubber seals ever dried,faded or cracked.
